welcome you to the holiday caravan, maintained by us personally and set within
its own garden in our 2-acres of grounds overlooking meadow and forest beyond.
There is ample parking in our drive. Click on any of the images above for a larger picture, click
the back button on your browser to return to the page. (Note we now have a new
carpet in the sitting/dining area, so is not the one shown). Whilst
relaxing in the caravan you may even be lucky and see the fox, badger or deer.
There is an abundance of bird life including buzzards and green woodpeckers.
Come and meet us and our
menagerie of animals. Two dogs (yes, you've guessed golden retrievers), our cats,
and two beautiful American Quarter horses.

Conditions
Tarriff
includes gas for water heating/shower and cooking and now also includes bedding
hire. £12
per week per dog (max. 2 dogs) MUST BE FULLY INOCULATED
No dogs under 12 months
old unless by prior agreement.
Dogs/children must not be left unattended
in the caravan. Electricity
by £1 slot meter. Deposit
£80 per week (non returnable) cheque payable to E.E. Matthews. We hold the booking
for 5 working days after which the caravan will be re-offered for letting if deposit
is not received. Balance
to be sent 4 weeks before holiday. We reserve the right to re-let the holiday
if the balance is not received by the due date. Cancellation
up to 4 weeks before start of holiday forfeits deposit Cancellation
within 4 weeks of holiday will forfeit whole amount unless the caravan is relet,
when all money apart from the deposit and a small admin fee will be refunded. If
you decide you no longer require the holiday please have the courtesy to let us
know well before the balance is due. The
caravan is available for occupation from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am at the
end of the holiday. Bedding
is provided, but please let me know how many beds you require made up before you
come. There is heating in all rooms except the bathroom. You will need to bring
towels and teatowels. We
should be grateful if you would leave the caravan in good condition as you found
it. Please
pick up after your dog in the caravan garden. Please use the dust sheets and throws
provided to protect the furniture/carpets where necessary. All
damage must be paid for other than minor breakages e.g crockery. We
recommend that you take out a small holiday insurance in the event of your having
to make a last minute cancellation due to unforseen circumstances cancellationplan@tpsltd.com
